These terms apply when you use this website or buy a product from MYA FINITY LTD. By placing an order or using our services you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by MYA FINITY LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We sell ready-made websites and business software and customise and set them up for our customers.

2. Our products

Each product page describes what is included, the price and the expected delivery time. Prices are shown in US dollars and include standard setup. Extra features or changes outside the product description can be quoted separately before any work starts.

3. Placing an order

  • You must give accurate contact details so we can deliver your product.
  • Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and you see the order confirmation page.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we cannot deliver it.

4. Payment

Payments are taken by card and processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. Payment is due in full at checkout.

5. Delivery

After payment our team contacts you within 24 hours to collect what we need and set up your product. Delivery times and what happens if we can’t deliver are explained in our delivery policy.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide the content, branding and access we ask for in reasonable time.
  • Use the products in line with applicable laws.
  • Respect our and third parties’ intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of all content, data and materials you give us, and grant us a licence to use them only to deliver your product. Once you have paid in full you may use your customised product for your own business. We keep the rights to our underlying code, templates, methods and pre-existing intellectual property, and you may not resell or redistribute the product itself.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and project details confidential, during and after our work for you.

9. Warranties

We will deliver your product with reasonable skill and care and as described on its product page. We make no warranties about third-party services you choose to connect, such as hosting, domains or payment providers.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government action or failures of third-party providers.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England, unless both parties agree to mediation or arbitration in London.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the new version is published on this page.
