Delivery policy

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped. Here is what happens after you pay and how long delivery takes.

1. Right after payment

You see an order confirmation on screen. Our team then contacts you within 24 hours at the email address you used at checkout.

2. Setup

We collect what we need from you, such as your logo, colours, content, menu or product list, and any accounts we must connect. We then customise the product and install it or put it live on your domain.

3. Delivery times

Each product page shows its usual delivery time, from 3 to 10 working days. The clock starts when we have received everything we need from you. We will tell you straight away if we expect a delay.

4. Handover

Delivery is complete when your product is live or installed and we have given you access, a short handover and written guides.

5. If we can’t deliver

If we cannot deliver your product as described, you are entitled to a refund under our refund policy.
