This policy explains what personal information MYA FINITY LTD collects when you use this website or buy from us, why we collect it and the choices you have. We are the data controller for this information under UK data protection law.

  • Contact details you give us: name, email address and, if you choose, your company name.
  • Order details: what you bought, the amount, the date and your billing country.
  • Messages you send through our contact form.
  • Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies.

Card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure form. We never receive or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

  • To take payment, deliver and set up your product.
  • To reply to your enquiries and support you after purchase.
  • To keep records we are required to keep by law, such as accounting records.
  • To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.

We rely on performing our contract with you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Our payment provider, to process your payment and prevent fraud.
  • Hosting and IT providers that run this website, under contracts that protect your data.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

4. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires (normally six years). Contact-form messages are kept for up to two years unless they lead to an order.

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information, where we don’t need to keep it by law.
  • Object to or restrict how we use it.
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you’re unhappy with how we handle your data.
